Penglase Family Trust trading as PureFlow Group (ABN 95 579 564 998) ("we", "us") respects your privacy and handles personal information in line with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.

What we collect

When you send an enquiry we collect your name, phone number, email address, suburb, the details of your job and whether it is urgent. Our servers also log technical data such as IP address and browser type for security.

How we use it

We use your details to respond to your enquiry, quote and carry out work, invoice you, meet our licensing and legal obligations, and keep the site secure. Enquiries are forwarded to our job management system (ServiceM8). We do not sell your information.

Marketing

We will only send you marketing with your consent, in line with the Spam Act 2003 (Cth), and every message will include an unsubscribe option.

Disclosure and storage

We share information only with service providers who help us run the business (hosting, email, job management, spam protection) and where the law requires. Some providers may store data outside Australia. We take reasonable steps to keep your information secure and to delete it when no longer needed.

Cookies and analytics

This site uses only essential cookies and, if enabled, privacy-friendly analytics that do not track you across other sites. The contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to prevent spam.

Access, correction and complaints

You may request access to or correction of your information, or make a privacy complaint, by emailing enquiries@pureflowgroup.com.au. If unsatisfied, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).
